WorkReady™ is a career placement service that brings candidates and employers together. Information about a particular job is supplied by the employer, not byWorkReady™. The salary and other terms of any job remain subject to direct negotiation between the candidate and the employer. Though we hope that all who come to WorkReady™ will act honorably and treat each other fairly, we can't verify the information they supply or guarantee the jobs they offer. When using this service to find a candidate for your job or a job you can apply for, we urge you to use the same common sense and good judgment you would in applying for a job or posting a job through, a classified ad in the newspaper.
Those who offer jobs/positions over WorkReady™ should be prepared to offer the jobs they advertise at the level at which, and the terms on which, they advertise them. They must have possession of the actual jobs listed and the ability to hire. To list a job on WorkReady™, employers are required to provide certain identifying and contact information. The information must accurately identify the employer and the method of contact must permit candidates to communicate directly with the employer or agent without any alteration to the content of their communications. WorkReady™ reserves the right to deny use of this service to anyone who does not comply with these requirements or who otherwise uses the service in manner we consider inappropriate.

You may display and occasionally print a single copy of any page on the site for your personal, non-commercial use, but you may not otherwise reproduce any material appearing on this site without the prior written consent of the owner. You may not store any significant portion of, nor distribute copies of, materials found on this site, in any form (including electronic means), without prior written permission from the owner. 4. Chat Rooms and Forums
WorkReady™ cannot and does not review every posting made in the chat rooms, forums, and other public posting areas. You may well read any given posting before anyone on the WorkReady™ team does. Take what you find with a grain of salt. You can expect these areas to include information and opinions from a variety of individuals and organizations other than WorkReady™. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any posting, regardless of whether the posting comes from a user, an WorkReady™ columnist, or a visiting expert. There is no substitute for healthy skepticism and your own good judgment.
Responsibility for what is posted in the chat rooms, forums, and other public posting areas on WorkReady™ lies with each user. You alone are responsible for material you post. By using WorkReady™ you agree not to post or transmit any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy WorkReady™. We retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement.
Although WorkReady™ cannot monitor all the postings in the chat rooms, forums, and other public areas, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. We will not, in the ordinary course of business, review the content of private electronic messages that are not addressed to WorkReady™. However, we will comply with the requirements of the law regarding disclosure of such messages to others, including law enforcement agencies.
You will not use the service to violate the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any person or other entity. By submitting material to WorkReady™, you are representing that you are the owner of the material, or are making your submission with the explicit consent of the owner.
The post a job area is the only area on WorkReady™ where users may advertise or solicit commercial transactions. By listing a job on this site, you agree to use the email addresses of those responding to your listing only for purposes of communicating with them about the potential job offered. You agree not to gather these email addresses for purposes of spamming.
By submitting material to WorkReady™ you are permanently granting WorkReady™ all rights to the material, including the right to modify the material, to use it commercially, and to maintain the material in an archive.
5. Registration
To obtain access to certain WorkReady™, you will be given an opportunity to register with WorkReady™. As part of the registration process, you will select a user name and a password. You agree that the information you supply during that registration process will be accurate and complete and that you will not (i) register under the name of, nor attempt to enter the service under the name of, another person; nor will you (ii) adopt a user name that WorkReady™, in its sole discretion, deems offensive. You will be responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your password and will notify WorkReady's™ Customer Service Manager at customer service of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account.
6. Miscellaneous
This Visitor Agreement has been made in, and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of, the Province Of Ontario. By using this service, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in Ontario in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or use of this website.
